Most memorable CA trophy: Back in the Fall of 2009 I made a quick trip up into the Sierras for a bear hunt with hounds. To my surprise we cut a large track in the freshly fallen snow. My buddy turned his hounds loose and the chase was on. A couple hours late I was able to catch up to the bruin and claimed my biggest bear ever. He tipped the scales at over 600 pounds and had a 22” skull.
