I give explicit permission for my stories and/or images to be used by Relentless 365. I understand that Relentless 365 may use this material in different ways, including, but not limited to, printed material or website material.

I release my material for use on the program, at no charge, and with the understanding that it may be edited.

I understand that I retain all copyright and ownership of my material, and agree to allow it to be used by Relentless 365 with no restrictions or expectation of financial compensation, now or in the future. My sole compensation will be in the form of association with the magazine.

I maintain that I have the rights to agree to these conditions, and no other party or company owns the rights to the material.

This agreement will last as long as the magazine is produced and made available to the public. This agreement is Non-Exclusive, meaning that I retain all rights to my material and can issue a similar license to anyone I wish.
