Ingredients:
2lb Venison Roast
3 Cloves of Garlic
1 Bottle Cajun Dry Rub
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
Cooking Instructions:
• Peel garlic cloves and cut them into spears.
• Insert garlic spears into roast by cutting a slit in roast with a knife.
• Spread olive oil over all sides of the roast.
• Generously apply dry rub to all sides of roast.
• Slide rotisserie spears through roast and preheat BBQ to 500 degrees.
• Sear roast for ten minutes at 500 degrees.
• Drop temperature down to 275 degrees
• Cook to 145 degrees internal temperature (medium/rare)
